I have been to 2 classes already and every single time I have left at peace and refreshed. Maria does a wonderful job guiding you and making you feel comfortable. Whether you are a pro or this is your first time, you will always feel welcomed. And the best part is that this is Christ centered. Maria's classes are a wonderful addition to practice your faith and take care of your health. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!
